Brief History

Bargoed Golf Club started in 1910 as the East Glamorgan Golf Club, initially as a nine hole course. The second nine holes was added in 1974.

In the 1990’s the club was registered as Community Amateur Sports Club and encourages persons of all ages without discrimination to become members and enjoy our golf course and facilities.   

Bargoed Golf Club celebrated our centenary in 2010.
